Get Untangled From Hopelessness
Have you ever been stuck in the pit of despair? The Oxford Dictionary defines the word 'despair' as a complete loss or absence of hope. Have you ever experienced the complete loss or absence of hope? I have!
I was ready to give up on God. I even announced it to my husband one morning. I believed God existed, but I struggled to understand why a loving God would allow me to experience the mental torment I was in.
A few days after I made that announcement, I walked into a cinema to watch the Disney movie Tangled, and my entire life changed. I was lifted out of the pit of despair and embraced by my Heavenly Father.
For the first time, I knew what unshakable hope felt like. I have never experienced that feeling of despair since!
On Wednesday, I got to share my testimony as one of the speakers of the Unshakable Hope Summit. If you have missed it, you can watch the replay of my talk here: The Hope of Your Calling.
God has turned my story of despair into a story of unshakable hope.
And if you are stuck in the pit of despair today, He will turn your story around also!
Today, I get to help others use their stories to pull others out of the pit of despair. We truly have a good and faithful Father.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
