When faith doesn't seem to work...

What do you do when you have done everything you can to grab hold of your breakthrough, and it's still not happening for you?

There was a season in my life when I was confused and frustrated with God. I was doing all the faith-things. I was reading my Bible, praying, fasting, declaring, and confessing, but the deliverance I needed still seemed out of reach.

I started wondering if there was something wrong with me. Perhaps God was angry with me, or disappointed in me. At one point I was ready to give up on God completely. He must have lost my address, or He didn't care. And I was done trying to get my breakthrough.

As I surrendered my efforts, I encountered God in a cinema watching the movie Tangled. His love transformed my heart and I started to get untangled from every lie that kept me bound.

In this episode of A Light for Your Path, I share about the one thing that was missing from my faith. I pray that you too, will encounter the heart of the Father today.
